Practicing family law was always appealing to Dallas divorce attorney Ryan R. Bauerle because it afforded him a way in which he could work directly with people and help improve their lives in a very tangible way.
Family law is a very emotionally-charged environment, and when clients come to see Mr. Bauerle, there is a high probability they are in the most difficult situation in their entire life.
“Situations like these, where I can help someone in a bind, make me really enjoy practicing family law,” Mr. Bauerle said. “The field is rife with opportunities for fair and equitable settlements or court awards, as well as the chance to help clients and their children come through difficult circumstances, while also preserving as much financial stability and security for themselves and their children as possible.”
Mr. Bauerle genuinely enjoys litigating. Many attorneys are intimidated by the prospects of going to court, but that doesn’t phase Mr. Bauerle.
“Obviously it is ideal if we can keep everyone out of the courtroom, but sometimes that just isn’t possible,” he said. “Having a competent litigator in the corner will always ensure the client has the upper hand.”
Mr. Bauerle is always candid, open, honest, available, and willing to explain the big picture to his clients. He believes in setting realistic, but challenging goals at the outset of each case that he expects to attain.
“Family law can be like a chess-match, and it’s always about the endgame,” he said. “I won’t promise my clients something outrageous just to get them to hire me. I won’t incur fees where we don’t need to. I think it is wise to save money where they can, spend where they must.
“Any client of mine will have a solid understanding of what the gameplan is, what the next steps are in their case, and what I am working on at that time.”
