About Laura Langenburg, Senior Litigation Attorney
Laura D. Langenburg says there is no one trait that makes a top divorce lawyer.
“A successful family law attorney must be several things all at the same time: a vigorous advocate, confidant, counselor, and advisor,” Ms. Langenburg said. “A man’s whole life is changing in an instant, and it is an extremely scary time. I understand the process and walk with a client each step, informing them of what to expect not only during the divorce but afterward as well.”
Ms. Langenburg was drawn to family law by the uniqueness of the practice that requires special treatment because divorce and child custody cases are one of the most stressful times in a person’s life.
“I am able to empathize with my clients while also advising them of their options,” she said. “At the end of this matter it is the client who has to live with the decisions, and when the client feels in control of the decisions made, I find they are much happier with the outcome.”
