Benjamin Lopatin is a Litigation Partner with Cordell & Cordell representing clients in Novato, Marin County, and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in complex family law matters.

Education
Mr. Lopatin received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Buffalo. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated cum laude and served as editor and Executive Board Member of Nova Law Review. He received his Master of Laws in intellectual property with Phi Kappa Phi Honors from DePaul College of Law.
