About Scott Thibodeau, Litigation Attorney
Omaha divorce attorney Scott Thibodeau’s favorite part of practicing law is guiding clients through a stressful time and taking that weight off their shoulders.
“Family law matters can be stressful, and I like being able to assist clients through the process,” he said.
Mr. Thibodeau is a clear and concise communicator, which helps as he works with clients to establish goals and as he explains their various options and the ramifications of certain decisions throughout the duration of the case.

Mr. Thibodeau is licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa.
Education
Mr. Thibodeau earned his Bachelor of Science in pre-legal studies from Midwestern State University where he graduated cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Mr. Thibodeau practiced civil litigation in various areas, real property, probate, trust disputes, municipal representation, and has represented clients ranging from single individuals to national corporations.
