Arnett W. Mumford III

Senior Litigation Attorney

Baltimore divorce attorney Arnett W Mumford IIIBaltimore divorce attorney Arnett W Mumford III began his family law practice because it gave him the opportunity to help good people during some of the most difficult times in their life. Whether it be a petition for divorce, a custody battle, establishing paternity, or a contempt hearing; the issues encompassing family law have life-altering implications.

“I enjoy helping my clients through this difficult and often emotionally charged period by thoroughly explaining the law, letting them know how their issues can be potentially resolved, keeping open lines of communication, and being a zealous advocate throughout the entire process,” Mr. Mumford said.

Mr. Mumford’s unique perspective of representing clients in a wide variety of practice areas in multiple states coupled with his perspective gained as a former judge gives him the rare ability to analyze legal issues and counsel his clients from a holistic approach.

“I believe in keeping an honest and frank relationship with all my clients,” he said. “I’ve found that if my client and I are honest and transparent throughout the entire process we usually can come to a resolution that will help them to move forward in their lives.

“I tell all my clients that each case is as unique as every relationship that brought them to my office. If my client gives me the trust to tell me the entire truth of the facts surrounding their case, and they do the work necessary to move the case forward, we can form a productive team to solve most of their legal concerns.”
