Kristy E. Loyall’s father passed away when she was young, so he wasn’t there most of her life. Missing that time with her father motivated Ms. Loyall to protect fathers’ roles in their children’s lives.
“I want to help fathers and their children ensure that they have the most time together while they can,” Ms. Loyall said.
Describing herself as a controlled advocate, Ms. Loyall said she is someone her clients can rely on and feel comfortable confiding in.
“Everyone has been through various struggles and trying times in their life,” Ms. Loyall said. “My job as an attorney is not to judge that person but rather to evaluate their goals and advocate to ensure their goals are met.”
