“I am able to empathize with the client and use that in advocating their position,” Mr. McCubbins said.

Divorce is one of the most challenging life experiences a person will ever go through. Although things might get tough during the process, Mr. McCubbins pledges to remain a firm advocate for his clients regardless of the circumstances.

“Even though this process is going to be difficult, I want my clients to know that we are here to advocate on their behalf and will do everything we can to make this process easier,” he said.

Education

Mr. McCubbins earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. He received his Bachelor of Arts in linguistics from Brigham Young University.

Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Mr. McCubbins practiced family law, natural resources law, captive insurance law, corporate governance, and formation law.
