Where is the Amherst office? Our Buffalo office is located in Amherst, NY. It is located at 100 Corporate Pkwy, Suite 320. You’ll find us in the red brick building among other establishments in the Corporate Pkwy complex. You will notice the front sidewalk area has 2 park benches with large potted flowers and a large “100” pasted on the front windows; enter the building here at the glass atrium. To get to our office, take I-290 W, exit 5B to merge onto NY-263 N /Millersport Hwy and turn Left onto Flint Rd. Turn Left onto Maple Rd, then turn Left onto Corporate Parkway. As you enter the corporate center, you will cross a small bridge structure and see a green UNILAND sign for leasing information in the median of the drive. On the right will be building #300.

Parking: Continue to #100 on your left and you will see the large glass atrium where the entrance is along with parking.
