Professional Experience
Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Mr. Stokes served as judicial law clerk for both the San Francisco Superior Court and the Utah First District Court. After his clerkships, Mr. Stokes practiced in a variety of legal areas including family law, criminal law, estate planning, and other general civil matters. This combined experience of working directly with judges in chambers and his breadth of experience across multiple areas of law provides him with a unique skill set to litigate across all areas of a family law case.
