The promotion of Mrs. Bennita Bullett to Litigation Partner was announced at Cordell & Cordell’s 35th Annual Awards Gala. Representing some of the firm’s finest attorneys, Mrs. Bullett brings with her a wide range of litigation and management experience, along with a commitment to
excellence in the practice of family law.
Mrs. Bullett received her Bachelor’s Degree in political science from North Carolina State University, graduating cum laude. She then earned her Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, at
North Carolina Central University. The new partner is licensed to practice family law in North
Carolina.
Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell’s Raleigh area offices, Mrs. Bullett practiced family law in both Durham and Wake counties. She has also practiced criminal defense.
Mrs. Bullett’s professional associations include:

- George H. White Bar Association
- Tenth Judicial District Bar Association
From 2019 to 2024, she received the NC Top Attorney Award.
