About Tyler J. Johnston, Senior Litigation Attorney
Des Moines divorce attorney Tyler J. Johnston understands divorce is a difficult time in a person’s life. It can be a confusing and stressful situation. It is his goal to eliminate as much of that tension as possible.
“When minor children are involved, that stress is even worse,” Mr. Johnston said. “As a father myself, I understand how important a child custody case is to a parent.”
Mr. Johnston is naturally empathetic and can put himself in someone else’s situation and understand what they are going through.
“I listen with empathy and advocate zealously,” he said.
He is honest with his clients because he knows that part of being a good litigator is seeing where the weaknesses in a case are and doing everything possible to minimize those issues.
“Being honest with a client and making sure they understand the situation and what to expect in the process makes a very stressful situation a little bit easier,” he said.
