Taylor D. Mackintosh

Senior Litigation Attorney

Cincinnati divorce attorney Taylor D. MackintoshCincinnati divorce attorney Taylor D. Mackintosh believes that family law is an avenue where an attorney can directly affect positive change.

“These cases have a direct and dramatic impact on the lives of the clients, and it is a privilege to be trusted with such important issues,” Mr. Mackintosh said.

Mr. Mackintosh is very patient. Whether that be with clients, magistrates or opposing counsel, he is willing to wait for the best outcome rather than rush to get things accomplished quickly.

When he meets with clients, Mr. Mackintosh explains that the process is likely going to be surprisingly difficult. It’s common for clients to expect a degree of conflict (or lack thereof) that does not accurately reflect the surprises, tensions and emotions that often arise in these cases.

“I am not going to try to cause more conflict in their case,” he said. “My goal will be to help find a solution that is fair and works in my client’s best interest.”
