About Natalie Hurst-Rollins, Litigation Attorney

Natalie Hurst-Rollins is an associate attorney at Cordell & Cordell whose practice focuses on family law. Ms. Hurst-Rollins considers it a privilege to counsel and zealously represent her clients as they navigate some of the toughest challenges of their lives, and she is driven by a genuine commitment to helping people through difficult times.

Ms. Hurst-Rollins earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she served as an associate member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and contributed several published pieces to the Law Review Blog. Her scholarship examined a range of civil rights and social justice issues, including religious exemptions under the ACA, procedural barriers in criminal appeals, labor rights for incarcerated workers, and gender disparities in name-change law. During law school, she also gained hands-on experience as a legal fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project, a legal intern with the Ohio Justice & Policy Center, and a student member of the Sixth Circuit Clinic.

Professional Experience

For four years, Ms. Hurst-Rollins practiced criminal law as a public defender in Lexington, KY, and Covington, KY. During that time, she spent countless hours gaining courtroom and trial experience, honing negotiation tactics, and engaging in strategic motion practice. She gained the skills necessary to effectively and zealously advocate for her clients.
