Memphis divorce attorney Margaret Johnson enjoys practicing family law because it allows her to help clients through one of life’s most difficult transitions.
She says her goal is to be the type of attorney she would want to hire.
“During this crucial and challenging time in a person’s life, it is imperative they have someone who can help them navigate and make sure they understand what’s going on at every stage in the process,” Ms. Johnson said. “That’s where I come in.”
Ms. Johnson is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Mississippi.
Ms. Johnson received her Bachelor of Arts in news-editorial journalism from the University of Memphis and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law.
Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Ms. Johnson practiced personal injury, contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, premises liability (plaintiff and defense), landlord-tenant matters, medical malpractice defense, and insurance defense.
