About Athina Hinson-Boyte, Litigation Attorney

Before pursuing her legal education, Athina served as a court advocate for victims of domestic violence — work that gave her an intimate understanding of how deeply the legal system can impact the lives of vulnerable individuals and families. That experience was the foundation for her decision to attend law school and ultimately shaped the kind of attorney she set out to become.

Athina is drawn to family law because of the meaningful connections she builds with her clients. Athina understands that those who come to her are often navigating one of the most emotionally challenging periods of their lives, and she is committed to guiding each person through that process with compassion, clarity, and steadfast advocacy.

Outside the office, Athina is an avid reader — most often found with a good book and a cat nearby.
