Seven Cordell & Cordell Texas attorneys were recently recognized as Rising Stars in the family law practice area by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service of outstanding lawyers.
Jane Robertson, Raul Sandoval, Amanda Clepper, Lauren Melhart, Dena Wilson, Julianne Morgan, and Samuel Sanchez were awarded the Texas Rising Stars designation.
Cordell & Cordell attorney Chad Jerome was named to the 2014 New York Rising Stars list for family law attorneys by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business.
Mr. Jerome (Albany, NY) was selected to be on this list for the second time.
Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.
Lawyers are asked to nominate the best attorneys who are 40 years old or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less, and who they have personally observed in action.
