Video: Cordell & Cordell News – March 6, 2015
Cordell & Cordell, along with its sponsored sites Dads Divorce and Men’s Divorce, presents a news video for the week of March 6, 2015.
This week, Cordell & Cordell announced the opening of new offices in four states.
The new offices are located in Cleveland, Ohio; Murfreesboro, Tenn.; Arlington, Va.; and Dearborn, Va. The firm has now opened nine new offices in 2015 and has further expansion planned for the rest of the year.
Dads Divorce posted a new column in its Divorce Dilemma series. The author – known as “Dad X” – reminisces on some of his experiences overcoming the obstacles that come with long-distance visitation.
“Dad X” regularly traveled 500-1,000 miles each weekend to see his kids and gives pointers to fathers facing similar situations.
Men’s Divorce added a new Attorney Bites video outlining the benefits of avoiding litigation in divorce cases.
Colorado family law attorney Marlana Caruso explained there are several reasons that make reaching a settlement advantageous as compared to going to court. These factors should be considered when deciding whether settlement is a better option than litigation.
