Where is the Ridgeland Office? Serving the greater Jackson, MS area, Cordell & Cordell’s Ridgeland office is located at 1000 Highland Colony Parkway Suite 5203 at the Renaissance Mall in the Regus building. To get to our office, take highway I-55 towards Ridgeland. Then take exit 105B for Old Agency Rd toward Ridgeland. Turn right onto Old Agency Rd. Then take a slight right toward Highland Colony Parkway. Exit to the right off of Old Agency Road onto Highland Colony Parkway. Parking is available near Koestler Prime. Please note, the GPS may take you to the Renaissance Hotel which is incorrect. If this happens, keep going to the Renaissance Mall and enter the open mall walkway between the two restaurants- Koestler Prime and Local 463. You will see Libby Story on your right, and just past this to the right again is a covered walkway with two double doors. This is the Regus building, and we are located on the 2nd floor.

Parking: Exit to the right off of Old Agency Road onto Highland Colony Parkway. Parking is available near Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Enter into the mall between Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Local 463. The office is to the right on the second floor.
