About Valerie Cortinas Fisher, Senior Litigation Attorney
Valerie Cortinas Fisher practices family law because she understands the overwhelming need of men for legal assistance in this area.
“Family law touches so many members of our community and in different stages of their lives; from children seeking stability and protection in their home environment, to parents attempting to navigate these difficult life situations for the best interest of their entire family,” she says. “I prioritize my client’s comfort in understanding the legal process that lies ahead of them. My empathy for my client during an often tension-filled time makes me a stronger, more passionate advocate.”
Ms. Fisher’s goal for all of her clients is to preserve as much peace and cohesion in their lives as possible. However, if a trial becomes necessary, she will fight for her client’s rights.
“I am foremost a trial attorney and completely comfortable fighting for them in the courtroom in front of either a judge or a jury,” she says.
