About Tara D. Richardson, Senior Litigation Attorney
San Antonio divorce attorney Tara D. Richardson enjoys facilitating meaningful resolutions for people’s family law-related issues. She was drawn to the practice area while she was teaching high school English and witnessed firsthand the impact families face when going through the challenges of a family law matter.
“Not only do children need extra care and attention, but their parents do as well,” Ms. Richardson said. “Guiding and advocating for clients through what may be the most difficult season in their lives fulfills me professionally.”
Ms. Richardson is deeply compassionate, and while she acknowledges the need for zealous advocacy, she also recognizes that it is necessary to empathize and listen.

Ms. Richardson received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law.

Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Ms. Richardson practiced family law, criminal defense, and the plaintiff’s personal injury law.
