About Jenna Hyler, Litigation Attorney
Jenna Hyler is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and Hartford County Bar Association, and has participated in many trials, including dissolution, custody, and restraining order actions. Attorney Hyler named her greatest litigation victory as one in which she was able to secure significant pension and other assets for her client even after a decades-long marriage. In addition to her litigation experience, Attorney Hyler has experience mediating divorce agreements, representing clients in the collaborative divorce process, advising clients as review counsel for mediated divorce agreements, and drafting prenuptial/postnuptial agreements.
Attorney Hyler’s experience in these areas of practice have equipped her to properly provide service to her clients. She graduated with honors in Quinnipiac Law School’s Family Law Concentration, in which many courses are taught by Connecticut family law judges and attorneys, providing her with keen insights into the practice of family law in Connecticut Courts. During her time at Quinnipiac Law, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, the official reporter for all Connecticut Probate Court Opinions.
Attorney Hyler earned a 40-hour mediation certificate from the Center for Dispute Resolution at Quinnipiac Law and has completed training in collaborative divorce.
