Jack Nicholas Wagner

Dedicated to his work in family law matters, Mr. Wagner has experience representing clients across Treasure Valley. Jack is a single father to his 4-year-old daughter, Sophia, and his story as a parent has given him a passion for helping his clients through some of their most difficult chapters. In his 3 years practicing law, he has participated in 15 trials, one of which he names his greatest litigation victory. In this case, a young man had been fighting for years to get his daughter out of an abusive situation involving a previous partner and his child’s stepfather. Mr. Wagner was able to win his client sole custody and is still acquainted with said client today. Mr. Wagner was also involved in some issues concerning the Artificial Insemination Act. With his expertise in family law, he is committed to his clients and fighting for their desired outcome.
