Cordell College

The Cordell College training system allows our attorneys to learn the firm’s operating philosophy while highlighting practice tips and focusing on essential and emerging topics in law. The program also runs an internal mock trial program where our attorneys have an opportunity to sharpen their courtroom skills under realistic trial conditions.

Cordell College is managed by veteran attorneys with considerable experience in litigation, management, and client relations. This additional layer of practice development strengthens the attorney-client relationship and enables less experienced attorneys to advance their careers at a quicker pace.
