About Jared Chamberlain, Senior Litigation Attorney
Jared Chamberlain, a seasoned attorney, currently practices with Cordell & Cordell and offers more than a decade of experience in the practice of law in Ohio. As a former prosecutor, and in the course of building a successful and thriving private practice, Jared has more than ten years’ worth of trial and dispute resolution experience and has argued numerous appeals in courts across the State of Ohio. A member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Miami County Bar Association, Jared’s practice is focused on family law, real estate, Medicaid and Estate Planning, and probate law. Jared has helped numerous parents achieve reunification with their children in complex Child Protective Services (CPS) cases and has skillfully navigated many divorce and child custody cases, including defeating excessive claims for spousal support, securing a substantial award of business assets to the non-owner spouse, and helping parents to win custody and meaningful parenting time with their children coupled with fair and appropriate child support orders. Jared has served the Troy, Ohio community through his involvement with Habitat for Humanity and on the Finance Committee for Troy Main Street. In his law practice, Jared has also provided pro bono service to faith-based non-profit organizations. However, as a busy husband and father, Jared most values his service to his family, including his wife and four amazing children.
