About Julie Marie Simpler, Senior Litigation Attorney
Ms. Simpler believes that every person facing a lawsuit deserves a competent, caring attorney willing to fight for what is right. Her many years of service as a legal aid litigator has demonstrated her dedication to helping clients achieve the legal outcomes they desire and deserve. She is honored to stand up for clients’ rights during tough times in their lives, and she is dedicated to uncovering the true facts of domestic relations cases so that justice can be served. Ms. Simpler declares that one of her greatest family law victories involved a client whose spouse was paid under the table and was denying that the income even existed. She was able to secure a monthly maintenance award and a judgment for back maintenance payments for her client despite the lack of an official paper trail.
