Career Development and Education
Once starting your career with us, you are immediately provided with a mentor and education to help you succeed and grow. In addition to attending traditional new employee orientation, you are given substantive legal education through Cordell College 100 curriculum. Within a few months of starting, all attorneys are invited to attend the Cordell College 200 series curriculum covering advanced family law topics and best practices for managing your performance successfully throughout the year. Set goals on your Performance Review form and work towards achieving those with regular manager input and feedback. Climb the ladder by developing along a management track or a technical litigation track and experience great rewards. Our Managers drive luxury vehicles and participate in an annual leadership retreat either on a cruise or luxury resort. Our Lead Litigators are given a generous clothing allowance and national CLE conference attendance paid for by the Firm.
