Scott G. Baker

Senior Litigation Attorney

Scott G. Baker’s first exposure to domestic litigation occurred when he took Family Law under the esteemed law professor Janet Richards at the University of Memphis. Following law school, Mr. Baker clerked for Tennessee Court of Appeals Judge David Farmer. Over the past nearly twenty years, Mr. Baker’s practice has involved zealously advocating for the interests of his clients, while practicing empathy and relatability. “Generally, the client does not come into the office on a winning streak, and I understand that. I get it,” he said. Mr. Baker added, “I have developed skills representing individuals who are essentially in ‘crisis mode.’” His goal is to find pragmatic, realistic solutions for these oftentimes very multi-layered and complicated issues.
