Ms. Barton earned her Bachelors in Psychology from UC Berkeley and her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
Professional Experience
Ms. Barton has wide experience in family law matters, including divorce, premarital agreements, property division, paternity, custody, parenting plans, child support, multi-state disputes, removal cases, registration of out of state judgments, protection orders, contempt, and enforcement cases. She practiced family law with private law firms, non-profits, and a state government office before working at Cordell. She is a strong advocate for her clients with particular experience in juvenile law, adult guardianships, domestic violence, and family mediation.
