About John Aaron Vaught, Senior Litigation Attorney
Knoxville divorce attorney John Aaron Vaught began practicing family law because of his desire to engage with clients. Guiding clients through divorce and other family law matters gives him a kind of personal interaction that he finds stimulating and gratifying.
“Helping someone out during a stressful time is rewarding,” he said.
Mr. Vaught considers his defining characteristic to be his relatability. That helps tremendously as he works with clients on their cases as he is able to listen and understand the dilemmas they are facing.
“Trust and patience are key in resolving family law issues,” he said, “but I will work my hardest to make the experience as quick and easy as possible.”

Mr. Vaught is licensed to practice in Tennessee, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee
Education
Mr. Vaught earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
