Frank R. Gerber has a goal when it comes to helping a client facing divorce: ease the tension and stress.
“Divorce can be a difficult and emotional process, and if we can make the situation less stressful, we can resolve the situation as amicably as possible,” he says.
Mr. Gerber takes pride in his ability to put complex legal terms and theories into common language.
“I want to increase my clients’ understanding of the legal process,” he says. “If I could tell my clients one thing it would be that litigation is a marathon not a sprint. Our goal is to pursue their case in a methodical and logical manner in order to obtain the best possible outcome.”
