About Alexis Coleman-Watkins, Litigation Attorney
Alexis Coleman-Watkins enjoys family law and she has a heart for serving others.
“I was a regular volunteer for an at-risk youth after school center in Columbia, South Carolina,” she says. “Through mentoring and volunteering with the youth dealing with actively divorcing parents, going through contentious custody battles and dealing with domestic violence in the home, those experiences ignited a fire in me to study domestic relations law.”
Mrs. Coleman-Watkins prides herself on paying close attention to detail and being a great listener
“The clients will always know that I am going to be up front, ” she says. “I am no stranger to taking a case to trial and I am well prepared for every scenario that could arise at Court as long as the client and I have open and honest communication throughout the process.”

Mrs. Coleman-Watkins earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Criminology from University of South Carolina. She earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law.
