About Spencer Pierson, Litigation Attorney
Spencer Pierson enjoys helping people and making a positive impact on their lives. That’s why he got into family law.
“I am motivated by justice, and where family law deals directly with relationships, love, and children, I believe that motivation is best suited in this field,” he says. “My goal is to be an advocate, and I think that is only possible by caring for the work I do, and the people I am providing that work for. Family law generally handles the parts of life that the average person cares about most, whether that be family, property, or autonomy.”
Working closely with people is one of the best parts of the job, Mr. Pierson says.
“I am a people person. I want to get to know my clients. I want to know their motivations, and if they really are unsure about what they want exactly, I intend to help them figure it out,” he says. “A family law attorney is different than other attorneys—we have to dive deep, we have to deal with the “gray”, with the in-between areas of the law that do not always have a plain black or white answer. I am ready to handle whatever issues arise, and willing to adapt to new information that arises or circumstance change.”
