Rachel Caudel

Senior Litigation Attorney

Louisville Divorce Attorney Rachel CaudelLouisville divorce attorney Rachel Caudel started practicing family law because of her desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As a family law attorney, it is her job to help her clients understand their rights and help them be treated fairly in difficult situations.

“Domestic relations is such an important area of the law, because family is such an important area of our lives,” Ms. Caudel said. “I see no better way that I can help make a difference to someone, and no better place to fight for fairness than when families are struggling with divorce, custody difficulties, etc.”

Ms. Caudel is an astute listener. Her entire life, she has believed it was important to hear people out and listen to what they have to say.

“I bring that with me into my legal practice,” Ms. Caudel said. “I listen to my clients. I listen to what’s important to them, to what they’re going through. I believe that listening and understanding is the only way to really be able to practice a case to a client’s satisfaction.”

The divorce process is never easy. It is emotional, trying, and stressful.

“But you have someone here who cares about your rights and who will fight for you every step of the way,” Ms. Caudel said. “We will get through this.”

“You guys are on top of things.  She’s very knowledgeable. … You can just tell that this is what you guys do and you do it well.  It’s been a pleasant experience and has actually restored a little hope.  You guys have a good lawyer in Rachel.”

“I’ve been very satisfied so far …  Rachel is definitely keeping me in the loop with my case and has kept me up to date.  She is being proactive in her approach, which I appreciate.  I have seen more progress in my case in these past couple of months with Rachel than during the whole time with my prior counsel.  Rachel explains the law to me, which helps me better understand what’s going on.”

“Rachel is really good with communication.  She answers every question I have to the best of her ability and is very responsive.  The office staff helps with the ease of communication as well.  If Rachel is in court, the office will reach out to her so she can get in touch with me as soon as she’s available.”

“I am 100% satisfied with what happened.  Rachel is an extremely knowledgeable and professional person.  She is straightforward and didn’t sugarcoat anything; what she said would likely happy is pretty much what happened.  She asked a lot of questions and took a lot of information.”

“Rachel took over my case and ran with it.  I had some doubts about my hearing, but Rachel got us a win.  I am very happy with Rachel and her hard work.  She picks up on things quickly and is able to make the most of what she’s given.”

“We are so grateful to have found Cordell & Cordell and Rachel. I wished that I had known about and used your firm back in 2009, … [but] I have you all now. [I] can’t say enough good things about Rachel. She’s bright, friendly and hard working. Very pleased.”

“I enjoy having Rachel for an attorney. She works with me on any issues I may have. The communication is great; she always returns my calls or emails and gets me right in for appointments.”

“Rachel communicates really well. Rachel works at my pace. The office has been a tremendous help. Now that my case is closing, I can see how good of a job Rachel did and how much better off I am for hiring your firm.”
