Albany divorce attorney Martin A. Cohen appreciates that family law allows him to litigate the very issues that matter most to people. It also allows him to draw upon his many years of education to help counsel clients.
“I have been told that I am a lawyer who really listens to my clients,” Mr. Cohen said. “Listening is an active skill that involves trust and connection. It is in this way that I am able to help my client broadly understand the legal fight as well as the important issues.”
Mr. Cohen often likens a legal fight to a chess match. He carefully considers each move made during the divorce process, but ultimately looks for a strategy that gives the best chance of success.
“My clients can expect that their priorities will be addressed and that they will receive regular reports,” he said.
