About Madison Maharty, Associate Attorney
Ms. Maharty was led to practicing family law by her passion for connecting with clients and her desire to help them navigate through difficult family matters. She takes pride in her attention to detail and organization skills, and uses those to get to know her clients and keep them informed throughout the legal process.
When meeting a client for the first time. Ms. Maharty tells them that although the process is difficult, her duty is to fight for their interests and help them sort through legal jargon involved with the case.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Ms. Maharty sat with two family law judges and was a political and policy intern for Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign in 2024.
