About Iana D. Benjamin, Senior Litigation Attorney
Jacksonville divorce attorney Iana Benjamin recognizes the reality that as society evolves, so too does the American family structure. It is her goal to help families adjust to these changing dynamics.

Ms. Benjamin earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Psychology from The City University of New York.

Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Ms. Benjamin practiced family law, immigration law, trusts and estates, and real estate law (residential closings).
