Walnut Creek divorce attorney Holly Gutkovsky

After participating in many different legal internships throughout her time in college and law school, Walnut Creek divorce attorney Holly Gutkovsky had the opportunity to work with the Family Law Facilitator’s office in San Mateo County, Ca. That became a defining experience in her career.

“I discovered my passion for family law during this internship and immediately knew that this was the area I wanted to practice in,” Ms. Gutkovsky said.

Family attorneys assist people during some of the most difficult times they will ever face, and they truly need someone to ease the burden.

“I love helping people,” she said, “and I feel privileged to be able to take on the procedural and legal aspects of their problems so that they can focus on what really matters: Family.”

Ms. Gutkovsky is a listener and wants all of her clients who come to her for help to feel heard, respected, and more at ease when they walk out of her office.

“I believe that in this area of the law, compassion is essential,” she said.

Even the most amicable divorces are not easy. The process is usually difficult, but Ms. Gutkovsky is here to guide you through it and make sure you understand the process.

“I am very communicative and determined to find solutions that work for everyone,” she said. “When children are involved, their wellbeing and their ability to maintain great relationships with both parents will always be my top priorities.”
