Frank Gerber has a goal when it comes to helping a client facing divorce: ease the tension and stress.
“Divorce can be a difficult and emotional process, and if we can make the situation less stressful, we can resolve the situation as amicably as possible,” he says.
Mr. Gerber takes pride in his ability to put complex legal terms and theories into common language.
“I want to increase my clients’ understanding of the legal process,” he says. “If I could tell my clients one thing it would be that litigation is a marathon not a sprint. Our goal is to pursue their case in a methodical and logical manner in order to obtain the best possible outcome.”
Mr. Gerber is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Gerber earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. He received his BA from Montclair State University.
Prior to joining Cordell and Cordell, Mr. Gerber practiced Medical Malpractice Defense and thereafter was in-house counsel with a major national insurance company.
Mr. Gerber has received awards from the The Center for Computer Assisted Legal Instruction in Constitutional Law, First Amendment Law and Secured Transactions.
