Litigation Attorney

Lincoln divorce attorney Alyson Ryan

Lincoln divorce attorney Alyson Ryan wants to practice in an area of law where she believes she can directly assist families and individuals in need. Family law gives her that opportunity.

“I directly assist my clients in the most important aspect of their life – their families,” Ms. Ryan said.

She can incorporate her accounting and financial knowledge in this process to the benefit of her clients as well. She knows the law and can help sort through the dollars and cents issues, but she is also suited to helping people with the emotional side of family law.

“I have a strong sense of empathy,” she said. “I am able to put myself in my client’s shoes and relate on a more personal level, but I am also able to extricate myself and give objective advice from a non-emotional standpoint.”

A family law proceeding can be confusing and intimidating. Ms. Ryan dedicates herself to walking every client through the process, step by step, so they are heard and fully understand the phases of the case.
