Three Cordell & Cordell Greenville Attorneys Selected for 2020 Legal Elite

divorce mediationCordell & Cordell Greenville divorce attorneys Stephen L. Chryst Jr., James C. Todd IV, and Kathryn H. Martin were recently selected for the 2020 Legal Elite of the Upstate by Greenville Business Magazine in the family law category.

Legal Elite is the only regional awards program in the Upstate, Midlands, Lowcountry region that gives every active attorney the opportunity to participate. Attorneys are allowed to nominate members of their own firm. However, for each in-firm nomination there has to be an out-of-firm nomination as well. The lists are determined solely by lawyers’ votes from Greenville Business Magazine’s Legal Elite nomination form online; places on the list are not for sale and attorneys are not allowed to vote for themselves.

Mr. Chryst Jr. earned his juris doctor from Charleston School of Law. He is a member of the South Carolina, Greenville County, and American Bar Associations as well as the U.S. District Court of South Carolina.

Ms. Martin received her juris doctor from the Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and is a member of the South Carolina and Greenville County Bar Associations.

Mr. Todd IV obtained his juris doctor from the Charleston School of Law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States District Court of South Carolina. He is also president of the Laurens County Bar Association.
