Cordell & Cordell Nebraska divorce attorneys Jamie Kinkaid and Nancy Shannon were recently named Great Plains Rising Stars in the family law practice area by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service of outstanding lawyers.
Ms. Kinkaid and Ms. Shannon earned the distinction for the second consecutive year. Both attorneys practice in the firm’s Omaha office.
Ms. Kinkaid, who is a member of the Iowa and Nebraska State Bar Associations, earned her juris doctor from Creighton University School of Law.
Ms. Shannon is a member of the American Bar Association, American Inns of Court, and Nebraska Bar Association where she is a member of the Young Lawyers and Family Law divisions. She received her juris doctor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she was a finalist in a Moot court competition and active in Client Counseling activities.
