Huffington Post has drawn on the knowledge of Cordell & Cordell co-founder Joseph Cordell to identify one of the stupidest mistakes men make when facing divorce.
Using his book “The 10 Stupidest Mistakes Men Make When Facing Divorce,” Cordell selected “failing to fully engage in your case” as one of the biggest and most avoidable blunders guys make.
“A common misconception about divorce is that lawyers will take care of everything in your case,” Cordell writes. “Too many men watch their own divorce unfold as idle bystanders without realizing they are the experts in their divorce, not their lawyer.”
