Marlana D. Anderson is an Associate Attorney in the Denver, Colorado office of Cordell & Cordell, where her primary practice is exclusively in the area of domestic relations. Ms. Anderson is licensed in the state of Colorado.

Ms. Anderson graduated cum laude from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia where she majored in Philosophy with a concentration in Critical Thinking and minored in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where she graduated magna cum laude and was ranked seventh in her class.

While in law school, Ms. Anderson was Notes and Comments Editor for Law Review and a member of Moot Court. Also, she was President and Co-founder of The Native American Law Student Association. She later completed her clinical semester in Denver, Colorado.

Currently, Ms. Anderson is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association and Denver Young Professionals. In addition to her professional associations, she volunteers teaching Project Safeguard Pro Se clinics, where she discusses the process of divorce, custody, and helps fill out paperwork. Ms. Anderson is an avid reader and participates in extreme sports and outdoor activities.
