Holly Hearn is an Associate Attorney in the Fort Worth, Texas office of Cordell & Cordell, practicing exclusively in the area of domestic relations. Ms. Hearn is licensed to practice in the state of Texas.

Ms. Hearn graduated cum laude from the University of Texas with a Bachelor’s of Science in History. She received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and obtained a temporary license while in law school to work in the Law Clinic representing low-income clients with domestic relations issues.

Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Ms. Hearn handled estate planning, criminal defense and complex family law matters including adoption, foster parent intervention and grandparents’ rights. She previously worked on sensitive issues in the family law area including abuse, neglect and drug addiction, and she has extensive experience dealing with the Department of Child and Protective Services and the Office of the Attorney General. She has been involved with multiple high-profile cases that garnered national press and media coverage.

Ms. Hearn currently is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Family Law Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, Dallas County Bar Association, and the Texas Wesleyan Mentor Program.
