Prior to her joining Cordell & Cordell, Ms. Good worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Berger in the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Kansas where her duties included conducting legal research, preparing legal memoranda, assisting with motion processing, and attending pre-trial conferences, hearings and trials. She also has volunteered at the Family Health & Legal Services Clinic at Kansas University where she conducted client intake interviews, maintained client communication, filed petitions and motions, and attended hearings and trials. Also, she was a Law Clerk at CCL Construction Consultants where she reviewed recent cases in the area of construction law and wrote brief synopses for the Construction Law Digest.
