“I am so very impressed with the status updates from Natalie. I am most impressed [that] every time I have initiated contact with her directly or her team, I never once felt like just one of a multitude of clients. Meaning, I never had to wait on the phone for anyone to look up my case. They knew who I was and knew my case status.”
