Edina divorce attorney Justin Alderman wanted to pursue a practice in family law because he believes it is important to be able to genuinely help and care for individuals during some of the most difficult parts of their life.
The divorce process can be chaotic and it is common to feel overwhelmed during this period, but Mr. Alderman provides a steady presence and is there to walk his clients carefully through every single step.
“I pay close attention to detail when listening to the clients because the smallest detail or event, while it may seem insubstantial, can sometimes make all the difference,” Mr. Alderman said.
While Mr. Alderman works as hard as possible with his clients to help them achieve their goals in court, he never lets that dedication get in the way of offering an honest assessment of the situation.
“I tell clients that I have an aggressive personality, but that I am also going to be upfront and honest each step of the way,” he said, “because it does not make sense to waste his or her time and money.”
