Jordan B. Gerstner

Associate Attorney

Richmond divorce attorney Jordan B. Gerstner During his third year of law school, Richmond divorce attorney Jordan B. Gerstner participated in the Community Legal Practice Center, a legal clinic providing legal services to indigent members of the community. There he began working in the family court arena and immediately realized the tremendous impact an attorney can have on their client’s life as nothing is more important than their children.

“It is the most intimate area of law and often extremely rewarding on a personal level as clients feel such a close connection to a legal advocate helping guide them through the emotionally taxing process of custody litigation,” Mr. Gerstner said.

Mr. Gerstner is a diligent attorney and understands that every case requires a thorough understanding of the law and how the individual facts apply. He’s honest and upfront and refuses to sugarcoat the situation or create unrealistic expectations.

“I listen to each client’s situation and explain the legal implications of their case, letting them know the potential outcomes and exactly what needs to be done for them to achieve their goals and how I can help by ensuring they have all the legal resources necessary to do so,” he said.
