Ironically, Clearfield divorce attorney Jake Cowdin says he didn’t enjoy the first family law course he took in law school, but now he can’t imagine doing anything else.
“I enjoy helping people, especially since it concerns the most important aspects of their life during the most difficult time in their life,” Mr. Cowdin said. “I know I can make a difference in a case.
“The opportunity to jump into a case and make a difference is immensely fulfilling for me. I’m incredibly competitive as well, so working hard and focusing on my clients on their case comes naturally for me as I want to achieve success for my clients.”
Mr. Cowdin is compassionate. He commonly contemplates his client’s cases and considers different strategies and options. He views a “successful” case as one where he achieves his client’s goals.
“I certainly fear falling short of my client’s goals, but am nonetheless driven by achieving success in a case,” he said.
Mr. Cowdin wants to litigate your case aggressively, but intelligently.
“That requires constant open and honest communication to ensure we’re making the right strategy decisions in pursuit of your goals,” he said.
