“… We’ve formed a friendly relationship that’s far better than just client-attorney. He’s a very personable person and very easy to talk to. He’s been thoughtful in all his responses and has done a very good job. He’s very informative, especially with the custody evaluation process. He’s done a really good job. You guys are a firm that’s easy to communicate with, and I appreciate the way you handle men’s rights. You are a personal-type firm and do a really good job . This was a much better experience than my first divorce.”

“Doug and [his Administrative Assistant] have done an outstanding job for me. This has been an extremely trying time for me. Doug’s confidence and knowledge proved invaluable.  Without his guidance I would have fared poorly. … I may very well need a bit more help from Doug.

“One of the things you guys did very well was making sure I was kept informed of things. My case was about a year and there was a lot of time when nothing was happening. Doug was great about making sure I knew if something came up. You guys were really responsive and really great about that.

There was a point where I was not very responsive because I was so busy with what I was doing – traveling in Australia and just busy. He kept following up with me to make sure that I did what I needed to do. A lot of attorneys would just send an email and that was that. He stayed on top of things. I really appreciated that.”

“You guys responded really well and I like the results I got. I’ve actually already referred [Doug] and your firm.”
